Job Description
We are looking for a young professional (1-3 years of working experience) to join our team. Delta TPS Sales Support Engineer in Italy will work with our local sales team, regional sales managers, and customers for successful sales conversion. This also includes the pre-sales activities, where one has to assist in formulating/reviewing the product specification as per the customer's needs and accelerate the sales procedure accordingly. Also, he or she has to design the training material based on local requirements, will be involved in the technical field training, and will assist in providing field training to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to the sales team during quotation, including review of customer requirements
Prepare techno-commercial proposals based on customer requirements
Conduct product demonstration and technical training to customers
Collaborate with the corporate technical team to provide optimal solutions to customers
Collaborate with technical engineers to provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Continuously learn and develop knowledge of power systems staying up-to-date with the company products portfolio
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, engineering, technical) to ensure the success of the business
Qualifications
Degree in the field of electrical engineering Telecommunications or related field (laurea o diploma perito tecnico)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of power systems, electrical design and applications of telecommunications equipment
Fluency in Italian and English
Willingness to learn and grow with the company in the long term
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
