We are seeking a Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst , you will support the development and evolution of Objectway’s digital platform, working closely with product managers, developers, and UX/UI experts. Most of your time will be focused on internal product activities - backlog management, requirement analysis, user stories, and agile team support. Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements, coordinating with developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders.
Write clear and detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Monitor sprint progress, identify risks or blockers, and contribute to problem-solving.
Gather and structure client feedback to help refine product features and user experience.

Strong background in digital products, web, and mobile solutions.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software product lifecycle.
Proven ability to write clear requirements and user stories.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Candidate’s Skills and Personal Qualities Required:
Curiosity about financial innovation and user experience trends
Availability to travel occasionally.
