They are seeking a CSA Design Manager for their team in Milan. This CSA Design Manager role involves leading civil, structural and architectural design coordination to ensure high‐quality, integrated project delivery. Responsibilities Manage all CSA design deliverables and project milestones. Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal teams. Support BIM processes and review technical drawings. Conduct on‐site quality checks and manage design changes. Produce clear, consistent design status reports. About You Degree in architecture, civil/structural engineering, MEP or related field. Strong knowledge of materials, building physics and regulatory standards. Proficient in BIM, CAD and digital collaboration tools. Effective communicator with strong problem‐solving skills.
