About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Altopascio facility, where we produce Tempo-branded products. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring product and process quality while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What you will do

  • Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution: Follow up on preventive, corrective, and objective actions; validate quality incident investigations and implement measures.

  • Supplier & Product Validation: Support supplier qualification, new product validations, and engage in testing and market development.

  • Continuous Improvement & Risk Management: Implement technical improvements, manage risk, and collaborate on change management for new projects.

  • Quality Certification Audits: Lead internal and external audits for Integrated Quality Management System certifications.

  • External Collaboration: Coordinate with external companies for services, orders, and material reception.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of quality investigations, audits, compliance, and improvements.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in quality engineering, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001.

  • Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Certification in quality management is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in both English and Italian is required.
