Reliability Engineer - Oil & Gas Sector Join to apply for the Reliability Engineer - Oil & Gas Sector role at RINA RINA is currently recruiting for a Reliability Engineer - Oil & Gas Sector to join its office in Rome or Rozzano within the Operations and Maintenance Engineering Division. Mission Junior Reliability Engineer supports our team in the development and implementation of reliability‐centered maintenance (RCM) programs, management of project technical documentation, and execution of reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) studies. The Junior Reliability Engineer has the opportunity to learn from senior engineers, gain hands‐on experience, and contribute to the success of projects within the energy division. Key Accountabilities Assist senior engineers in the development and implementation of reliability‐centered maintenance programs for energy sector clients, including data analysis, failure mode identification, and maintenance strategy development. Support project managers in managing project technical documentation, RAM studies, and other asset reliability engineering activities, ensuring adherence to project objectives and deadlines. Conduct technical analysis and data interpretation to support reliability engineering activities, including the preparation of project technical documentation, reports, and presentations. Learn from senior engineers and project teams, gaining knowledge and expertise in reliability engineering concepts, methodologies, and industry best practices. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge in asset reliability engineering.
