Resident Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and structured Life Resort Manager to join our team at Torre del Barone Resort & Spa located in Sciacca. The Life Resort Manager leads the overall guest experience, blending hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle in line with brand standards. Oversee the full guest experience, integrating hospitality, wellness, activities, and lifestyle services
• Coordinate departments (front office, spa, F&B, outdoor activities, guest relations) to ensure consistency and excellence
• Design tailored experiential programs aligned with brand identity and guest expectations
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback and KPIs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, packages, and lifestyle initiatives
• Train and motivate staff to deliver empathetic, proactive, and memorable service

Proven managerial experience in luxury resorts, boutique hotels, or wellness properties
• Cross-functional expertise in hospitality, wellness, events, and communication
• Excellent command of English and preferably a second language
