You will manage all incoming and outgoing calls with efficiency, discretion, and warmth, ensuring that guests and colleagues receive prompt, accurate, and professional assistance at all times.Answering all internal and external calls promptly and courteously, typically within three rings
Screening, directing, and transferring calls accurately to guest rooms, departments, or personnel
Handling guest requests via phone, including wake-up calls, messaging, and maintenance requests, and logging them into the appropriate systems
Providing accurate information regarding hotel services, operating hours, and resort events
Managing and executing wake-up calls with precision and personalization
Monitoring hotel alarms and emergency lines and responding immediately in accordance with SOPs
Liaising closely with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless communication What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience operating a multi-line switchboard or telephone system, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-volume environment
Flawless verbal communication in Italian and English ; additional languages are a strong advantage
A clear, articulate, and professional speaking style with excellent active listening skills
Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently while maintaining accuracy and composure
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working within a 24/7 operation Working Conditions• Based on San Clemente Island , Venice (daily boat transfers required)• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak periods
