Overview

As Team Lead, you will support the Country Product Manager with sales excellence, team leadership, and operations. This fast-track path aims to place you in the CPM role within about 6 months based on performance. You will own end-to-end sales and coach a small team of Language Coordinators, influencing hiring and onboarding in collaboration with the CPM. You'll also contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and strategic growth partnerships in a dynamic, on-site setting. This role offers a clear path to country leadership and meaningful impact on international education.

Responsabilità

  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close and consistently hit targets
  • Lead and develop a team of 1–5 Language Coordinators; coach on calls, conversions and customer experience
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management with the CPM
  • Act as second-in-command to the CPM; help with forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Contribute to sales strategy via market analysis, performance insights, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Build partnerships with schools, universities, and local networks to drive growth

Requisiti fondamentali

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals
  • 1–2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or coaching junior team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership potential and ambition to move into a general management role
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to think beyond individual sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full fluency in Italian and English
  • International experience (study, work, or travel abroad)
