Overview In this role, you join the two-year Operations Excellence Program to solve client operational challenges and drive lasting impact. You advance from hands-on client work to structured capability building, developing advanced operations and consulting skills. You will rotate across engagements, industries, and service lines while receiving continuous coaching and curriculum-based training. The environment supports rapid growth through apprenticeship, feedback, and collaboration with a global, diverse team.
