Overview Jet HR è nata 2.5 anni fa da ex-founders. Siamo in più di 200, la densità di talento è alta, e ci troviamo nella fase entusiasmante di start-up che scala. L'obiettivo è ambizioso: gestire lo stipendio di 1 italiano su 5, innovare il mondo HR, e cambiare in meglio un pezzettino di Italia. Stiamo aprendo all'esterno una posizione chiave per la crescita futura di Jet: cerchiamo un BDR Manager per il team di BDR Outbound. Ti assicurerai che gli obiettivi di pipe generation siano superati e le metriche di productivity outbound rimangano in linea o superiori al Business Plan, nel contesto di un team in forte crescita. Gestione non intesa come "1 intern per 3 mesi"; Entrando in Jet, dovrai imparare già tutto di payroll e HR; Esperienza sales : 3-5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di vendita/commerciali. Lavoro ibrido: Per 3 giorni a settimana è richiesta la presenza, gli altri 2 flessibile. Ad agosto e Natale siamo ancora più flessibili. Senza essere fiscali, operiamo molto a buonsenso. non da spettatore ma da protagonista, influenzandone le scelte e la direzione. sarai una delle persone più senior in una realtà che cresce tanto. Un ambiente lavorativo che fa volare le giornate : lavoriamo tanto e bene, ma diamo valore all'umiltà e a farci tante risate. Questa burocrazia è uno dei motivi riconosciuti per cui l'economia Italiana ristagna. Sono ore passate a decifrare normative, riempire moduli, attendere approvazioni e correggere gli inevitabili errori umani. Jet è la soluzione: una piattaforma unica per semplificare e automatizzare tutta l'area amministrativa di una PMI italiana. È ovvio che il futuro non può rimanere lento e macchinoso: con Jet stiamo anticipando questo futuro, e abbiamo una chance concreta di diventare la soluzione di default per gestire il back office in Italia. Odiamo profondamente la burocrazia: proviamo a farla fuori. #
