Your role
Study mass production plating and painting equipment;
Learn key factors of painting processes;
Support production output and industrialization process.
Plan and support maintenance execution on key machines (DURR);
Run test for quality improvement;
Analyze production processes, schedules, methods, and other data and then provide business leaders with reports containing the data and statistics to enable them to better understand future requirements needed for the manufacturing process.
Process measurement (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation)
Benchmarking with other surface treatment technologies inside Essilorluxottica;
Learn and support painting department’s automation processes.
Main
requirements:
You have a Degree in Chemical or Materials Engineering You have strong Project Management skills. You have good knowledge of Ms Office (in particular Excel and Power Point) You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of constant change You have strong facilitation and communication skills You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously You are looking for a shopfloor experience and you give your best when you work in team You are searching for learning by doing experience Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
