Per un’importante realtà bancaria stiamo selezionando una figura da inserire nell’area Chief Operating Officer nell’ambito dell’Unità Organizzativa Real Estate che ricoprirà il ruolo di Responsabile del team di Asset Management per gestire le iniziative immobiliari del Gruppo.
creare modelli finanziari/valutativi per l'analisi e strutturazione di operazioni in ambito immobiliare;
partecipare ad operazioni d'investimento, disinvestimento o valorizzazione di immobili o portafogli immobiliari, supportando anche il relativo processo di due diligence;
supportare la gestione di tematiche negoziali, legali, contrattuali, amministrative, finanziarie relative al portafoglio immobiliare in gestione;
supportare il team nella gestione dei rapporti con advisor, tenant, property manager, broker ed altri interlocutori coinvolti nel processo di gestione degli immobili;
sviluppare modelli di analisi del portafoglio immobiliare con l’obiettivo di valutare le alternative strategiche;
coordinare gli esperti indipendenti e supervisionare le relazioni tecnico estimative.
Laurea Specialistica in discipline economiche, finanziarie, ingegneristiche o informatiche
Esperienza pregressa all’interno di Società di Gestione del Risparmio, società di investimento e sviluppo immobiliare
Conoscenze relative alle metodologie di analisi valutative e all’analisi di bilanci
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Problem Solving, visione prospettica e buona capacità di analisi.
Roma o Milano
Il pacchetto retributivo (fisso + variabile) sarà commisurato all’esperienza, con una stima indicativa di 70.000€ - 90.000€.
