Il nostro cliente è una realtà internazionale altamente innovativa, specializzata nella progettazione e nella realizzazione di macchinari 4.0 personalizzati per i settori del converting e del packaging. In un'ottica di potenziamento della struttura tecnica, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Automation Engineer esperto/a, che abbia maturato una solida conoscenza dei sistemi di automazione industriale e sia motivato/a a contribuire allo sviluppo di soluzioni tecnologiche all'avanguardia. Progettazione e sviluppo di soluzioni di automazione per impianti industriali complessi, con particolare attenzione all'integrazione di tecnologie 4.0 e alla personalizzazione dei macchinari in base alle esigenze del cliente.
Programmazione PLC, HMI e SCADA (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider o equivalenti) incluse logiche di controllo, diagnostica, supervisione e ottimizzazione dei processi.
Analisi dei requisiti tecnici, valutando funzionalità, specifiche di processo e vincoli tecnologici; collaborazione continua con i team interni di produzione, manutenzione, ingegneria e R&D.
Esecuzione di test funzionali, collaudi e validazioni sia in sede sia presso i clienti, assicurando la conformità agli standard di qualità e sicurezza.
Supporto alle attività di avviamento e messa in servizio (commissioning) di nuovi impianti in ambito nazionale e internazionale.
Redazione e gestione della documentazione tecnica, inclusi manuali d'uso, schemi elettrici, reportistica di test e validazione.
Individuazione, proposta e implementazione di azioni di miglioramento continuo volte ad aumentare efficienza, affidabilità e performance dei sistemi di automazione.
Eventuale supporto tecnico post-vendita, con attività di troubleshooting e ottimizzazione delle soluzioni installate.
Laurea in Ingegneria dell'Automazione, Elettronica, Meccatronica o discipline affini.
Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi all'interno di contesti industriali strutturati, preferibilmente su macchinari complessi o impianti altamente automatizzati.
Ottima padronanza della programmazione PLC (preferibile Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Schneider).
Buona conoscenza di sistemi SCADA, interfacce HMI, reti industriali e protocolli di comunicazione.
Capacità di leggere e interpretare schemi elettrici, pneumatici e documentazione tecnica correlata.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata, necessaria per collaborazioni internazionali.
Disponibilità a svolgere brevi trasferte, sia in Italia che all'estero.
