On behalf of an esteemed customer, luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their Team in Rome.STORE DIRECTOR / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / ROMEResponsibilities:Contributes to defining and executing store business strategies by supporting the Store Manager in aligning local initiatives with overall brand objectives.Reviews sales results, KPIs, and performance indicators to inform strategic decisions and guide actionable improvement plans.Keeps track of market dynamics and competitors to spot potential growth opportunities and support commercial development.Applies clienteling practices to capture and use client insights, strengthening customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.Helps ensure seamless daily store operations, supporting the Store Manager in maintaining high standards and consistent policy compliance.Participates in building and developing a high-performing team by coaching and training staff, with a particular focus on empowering middle management on the shop floor.The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:Team Coaching and Talent GrowthStore & Retail Operations ExpertiseClient Engagement & Relationship BuildingSupportive Leadership with a Development MindsetProficient in Italian and English
