How you will contribute? Come Internal Production Process Technician , avrai l’opportunità di collaborare nel team Operations Leather Goods dedicato alla gestione della Produzione dei prodotti Leathergoods Bottega Veneta. Nello specifico le attività previste saranno le seguenti: Impadronirsi delle logiche del lavoro in linea supportando il team e l’ambito produttivo nelle diverse attività di analisi Garantire il corretto calcolo dei bilanciamenti di linea supportando nella gestione di più i articoli in produzione nel medesimo momento, Analizzare il lead time e gli obiettivi assegnati alle diverse linee, comprendendo i vincoli delle stesse: lavorabilità, competenze delle risorse, servizio richiesto e gestione priorità. Comprendere i cicli produttivi e le informazioni tecniche disponibili a sistema (cartamodelli, schede pezzi, …) per ottimizzare i processi produttivi. Rilevare tempi in produzione al fine di analizzare il lavoro sulle linee proponendo soluzioni per l’ottimizzazione e il miglioramento dei bilanciamenti; Analizzare ed ottimizzare i metodi di lavoro applicando le metodologie della Lean Production. Collaborare con i Responsabili/Unità Operative per la predisposizione di analisi utili a trovare soluzioni per l’incremento dell’efficienza delle rispettive produzionI Who you are? Hai esperienza pregressa in ambito produttivo preferibilmente nel settore Moda/Lusso (la conoscenza del mondo pelletteria sarà considerata un plus) Possiedi una laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o un percorso in ambito Tempi e Metodi Possiedi spiccate doti di problem solving e proattività Hai una buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (principalmente di Excel) Sei predisposto al team working e hai buone doti relazionali e comunicative Sei dotato di forte disponibilità e flessibilità #J-18808-Ljbffr
