Mednow cerca un Healthcare Analytics & Performance Partner Tipo di collaborazione: Freelance/P.Iva Sede: Milano / Remote (Italia) Settore: Sanità privata – Poliambulatori Il contesto Mednow Medical Center è una realtà sanitaria in forte crescita, con più sedi attive e un modello orientato a efficienza, qualità clinica e scalabilità. Siamo alla ricerca di una figura non operativa, ma strategico-operativa, che lavori a stretto contatto con il CEO per portare controllo reale sui numeri. Non cerchiamo report a fine mese. Cerchiamo visibilità continua su cosa funziona e cosa no. Cosa farai Costruirai e manterrai dashboard KPI real-time Integrerai dati da più fonti (fatturato, agende, specialità, sedi) Analizzerai: fatturato per sede e per specialità trend settimanali saturazione agende no-show ritorno pazienti margini operativi Fornirai letture chiare e azionabili (dove guadagniamo, dove perdiamo) Parteciperai a momenti di confronto periodici con il management per supportare le decisioni L'obiettivo è governare la crescita, non raccontarla. Il profilo ideale Esperienza reale in analytics / BI / controllo performance Background in Healthcare, servizi, o organizzazioni multi-sede Ottima padronanza di strumenti BI (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik o simili) Capacità di tradurre i numeri in decisioni Mentalità imprenditoriale, orientata al risultato Autonomia, chiarezza, senso di responsabilità Non fa per te se: cerchi un ruolo junior produci solo report descrittivi lavori "a ore" senza ownership del risultato non ti interessa il confronto diretto con il CEO Cosa offriamo Collaborazione diretta con il CEO Accesso ai dati reali dell'azienda Spazio decisionale e impatto concreto Compenso commisurato al valore generato Possibilità di collaborazione continuativa nel tempo Come candidarsi Scrivici su LinkedIn oppure invia una breve presentazione indicando: esperienze simili svolte strumenti utilizzati come imposteresti il controllo KPI in una realtà sanitaria
