Per la sede sita nella provincia sud ovest di Milano si ricerca un Continuous Improvement Engineer.
Il Continuous Improvement Engineer, collaborando con le vendite, le operations ed il finance, seguirà progetti di miglioramento continuo applicando metodologie Lean e Six Sigma, utilizzo dei dati al fine di garantire l'avanzamento strutturato delle iniziative di cambiamento.
Analizzare dati operativi, industriali e finanziari per identificare inefficienze e opportunità;
guidare progetti di continous improvement applicando metodologie Lean e Six Sigma;
Al fine di ricoprire il ruolo di Continuous Improvement Engineer si richiedono:
Laurea in Ingegneria gestionale, ingegneria industriale o affini;
Esperienza pregressa di almeno due anni in ruoli di continuous improvement, process engineer e/o PMO maturata preferibilmente in realtà di consulenza;
Conoscenza approfondita delle metodologie Lean e Six Sigma;
Conoscenza con i sistemi ERP e strumenti di analisi dati, Power BI, Power Query, Excel. Gradita conoscenza di SQL/DAX;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritto e parlato).
