Context:

Contributing to the structuring of our Key Accounts team as part of Agicap's move up-market. This central position serving our key accounts involves extensive client interaction and coordination across various Agicap teams.

Missions:

  • Structuring a new implementation approach for our strategic accounts:
  • Organizing and leading kick-off sessions for deploying new key accounts.
  • Supervising and coordinating technical processes for the setup of customized solutions.
  • Coordinating Teams.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, including customer service, product management, and IT, to ensure successful implementation.
  • Serving as the central point of contact for all communications related to strategic accounts.
  • Enhancing the current team's project management skills.

What we are looking for:

  • A degree from a top business school or engineering school.
  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a management consulting firm, financial consulting firm, or as a deployment project manager (tools, programs, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive and engage project stakeholders.
  • Organizational rigor and project management skills.
  • Interest in financial issues and cash management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a high-growth environment.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams (sales, CS, marketing, product, etc.).
  • Native Italian and fluent English.
