RECEPTION INTERN
Tutored by the Registration Student Support Supervisor, the intern will study and apply customer care techniques in order to learn how to welcome the students, teachers, visiting professors and guests and develop the welcoming and professional spirit of our Academy which aims to create a student-centered environment within our Campus.
Assure a welcome service to students, teachers, visiting professors and guests giving the pass and the general information about the Campus and all services and Units. Execute the management of switchboard distributing the calls to Units request and identifies the correct subject to forward the call or request.
Support the Registration office in the daily activities in ordinary administration (distributing keys to teachers and staff, supporting with the management of Reception and Certificate email account, taking care of the lost and found objects.
High School Diploma or BA in Languages, Communications.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Suite Adobe
B2/C1 level of English (knowledge of any other language will be considered a plus)
Customer-oriented, highly motivated, precise, with excellent interpersonal skills
6 months full time internship;
Availability to work on Saturdays if required.
