Offriamo soluzioni avanzate di localizzazione, analisi e visualizzazione 2D/3D per il monitoraggio di persone, mezzi e oggetti in tempo reale, con precisione centimetrica. La nostra missione è rendere la tecnologia di localizzazione accessibile, intelligente e visivamente chiara, per semplificare processi industriali, logistici e di sicurezza. Chi cerchiamo Cerchiamo un/una UX Designer con passione per il design centrato sull'utente e curiosità per l'innovazione tecnologica. La persona ideale combina empatia e metodo, trasformando dati complessi in esperienze fluide, intuitive e coinvolgenti. Sarai parte del team di prodotto BlueGPS, collaborando con sviluppatori, data scientist e product manager per progettare interfacce e flussi di interazione che rendano la tecnologia RTLS comprensibile e piacevole da usare. Responsabilità Analizzare i bisogni utente e tradurli in flussi di navigazione efficaci; Disegnare interfacce e prototipi interattivi (Web, Mobile, Dashboard, ecc...); Creare e mantenere Design System e librerie UI coerenti con la brand identity BlueGPS; Collaborare con i team di sviluppo e ricerca per migliorare usabilità e accessibilità; Partecipare a test utente e iterazioni di prodotto basate su dati reali e metriche d'uso; Contribuire alla visualizzazione di dati geospaziali, mappe e modelli 3D. Requisiti Esperienza in UX/UI Design (prodotto digitale, app o piattaforme SaaS); Padronanza di strumenti di prototipazione (Figma, Framer, Adobe XD o simili); Conoscenza di principi di Human-Centered Design, Information Architecture e Interaction Design; Capacità di collaborazione in ambienti multidisciplinari (sviluppo, dati, hardware, IoT); Buone doti comunicative e attenzione al dettaglio visivo; Conoscenza base di motion design o animazioni UI; Gradita esperienza con progetti data-driven o sistemi complessi (es. IoT, mapping, analytics).
