Job Description For the Central Team of Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C) , we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources & Organization team. You will join a fast-paced dynamic HR team with responsibilities for delivering a high level of customer service to all employees and key stakeholders while supporting a variety of human resources initiatives. Main responsabilities Provide strategic HR guidance and support to GC&C Central Team, building strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and talent needs. Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate offer. Manage the on boarding of new colleagues within GC&C Central Team. Liaise with HR Administration team to grant that all the administrative tasks are well communicated and managed. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices in compliance with governmental laws and corporate policies, liaising with the relevant stakeholders across the organization (e.g. Industrial relations, HR Administration, Compliance, etc...) Support the annual Performance Management, Salary review and calibration processes, working closely with the colleague in charge of Reward, Performance, WFP & Labor Cost. Support Talent Management initiatives and take part to the Talent Management review process, engaging with the relevant Generali Group CoEs. Assess HR processes and identify and implement changes to ensure continuous improvement. Proactively and continuously improve employee experience journey. Requirements Bachelor/Master degree degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years' experience in a HR Generalist/HRBP role. Must be fluent in Italian and English (C1 level), additional languages are an advantage (French, Spanish) Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point).
