We are looking for an experienced Manager – Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR leadership team supporting our Italy organization on a 6-month contract . Hybrid (2 days in office)
Contract: 6 months
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Country Leader and Leadership Team, providing expert HR guidance across organizational design, employee relations, labor law, and change management. You will work closely with global HR partners, COEs, and shared services teams to deliver compliant, high-impact HR solutions.
🔹 Ensure full compliance with Italian labor legislation and HR policies
Implement HR and business-driven changes with procedural accuracy and compliance
Proactively assess HR and employment risks and drive mitigation plans
Deliver in-country HR plans to support organizational effectiveness
Support BAU HRBP activities aligned with the HR responsibility matrix
Promote strong alignment with company Code of Conduct and culture
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field
~7+ years’ experience in HR Business Partner or HR leadership roles in a global organization
~ Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR policies
~ Fluency in Italian and English
