If you match this description, get in touch What You’ll Do: Lead Industrial Team to introduce new products to the factory Lead complex industrial projects (New platforms, Transfers, Cost down, Range Extension) Prepare & execute project plans securing time, cost & quality targets Monitor & report progress of each project Your Qualifications: Master (or Bachelor) degree in engineering, project management or management Advanced Planning, organizing and execution skills Effective Change Management Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Data driven, fact-based mindset and passion for results Experienced as a project manager Fluent English and Polish Project management and lean six sigma certificates (Lean Manufacturing, Six sigma, PMI, or other relevant certificates) will be an additional advantage Our candidate profile is just a guide.
