Ricerchiamo un/una IT Infrastructure Engineer / Architect che progetti, implementi e ottimizzi soluzioni infrastrutturali robuste, scalabili e sicure, in linea con gli obiettivi di business e le migliori pratiche di settore. La figura opererà all’interno del team Global IT Infrastructure & Network , collaborando con funzioni locali e internazionali.
Progettare e gestire architetture IT on-premise, cloud e ibride, assicurando prestazioni, sicurezza e scalabilità.
Guidare l’implementazione di progetti infrastrutturali complessi con minima interruzione delle attività operative.
Valutare tecnologie emergenti per migliorare efficienza, affidabilità e sostenibilità dei sistemi IT.
Definire e applicare policy di sicurezza, disaster recovery e compliance in linea con gli standard di Gruppo.
Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria o discipline affini.
Oltre 7 anni di esperienza nella progettazione e gestione di infrastrutture IT in contesti multinazionali.
Competenze in cloud (Azure, AWS) , virtualizzazione (VMware, Hyper-V) e containerizzazione (OpenShift) .
Buona conoscenza di Windows/Linux , networking , storage , database (SQL, MySQL, Oracle) .
Esperienza in automazione (PowerShell, Python) e conoscenza framework ITIL .
Ottima padronanza dell’inglese e dell’italiano.
