About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support businesses in optimizing their digital advertising campaigns, helping them achieve their marketing and sales objectives. You will work closely with clients, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance. Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies Engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email to build strong relationships Fluent German (C1+) and proficiency in English Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience Experience (6-12 months) in digital advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (preferred) Passion for digital marketing and technology contin... 24,310 30,000 gross per year (based on experience) Performance bonus package: Hybrid work model: Relocation package: Includes flight ticket, one-month accommodation, and health insurance support Permanent contract with a full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, 39h/week) Comprehensive training in Social Media Ads & Sales techniques Opportunities for career growth and continuous development
