IL TUO RUOLO Questa posizione combina il ruolo di Progettista Meccanico con quello di Operatore Meccanico AIT per le attività di integrazione di satelliti e / o payload all'interno dell'unità AIT. Le tue responsabilità Partecipare attivamente, insieme al team, alla definizione dell'approccio di integrazione meccanica del satellite e / o del payload. Essere responsabile dell'esecuzione delle procedure di integrazione meccanica del satellite e / o del payload. Collaborare con il team AIT nell'integrazione meccanica della struttura dei modelli di satellite e / o payload (SM, EM, PFM / FM). Collaborare con il team AIT nell'integrazione meccanica delle unità di ingegneria e di volo. Collaborare con il team AIT nell'integrazione meccanica dell'harness di volo. Installare sensori termici e meccanici : termocoppie, termistori, riscaldatori, accelerometri. Definire e implementare i processi MAIT (Mechanical Assembly, Integration & Test) e la relativa documentazione tecnica. Gestire il movimentazione del satellite e / o del payload e dei relativi MGSE (Mechanical Ground Support Equipment), incluso l'utilizzo di gru e piattaforme aeree (cherry picker). Fornire supporto meccanico durante le campagne di test ambientali del satellite e / o del payload. Fornire supporto meccanico durante le campagne di lancio del satellite. Il profilo ideale Ha maturato esperienza di alcuni anni nel campo AIT di sistemi spaziali (satelliti, payload, sottosistemi). Conosce i processi di ingegneria di sistema tipici dei progetti spaziali e possiede una solida base tecnico-pratica. Ha sviluppato una mentalità sistemistica e capacità di visione d'insieme. È disponibile a lavorare in campagne di test e integrazione anche con turni notturni o trasferte. Sa lavorare efficacemente in ambienti dinamici e ad alta complessità tecnica. È creativo e propositivo nella risoluzione dei problemi, con un approccio orientato alle soluzioni e al miglioramento continuo. Dimostra senso di responsabilità, autonomia, spirito d'iniziativa e motivazione nel raggiungere gli obiettivi. È flessibile e capace di adattarsi a contesti in rapida evoluzione, tipici del mondo Space & Aerospace .
