Il contesto è caratterizzato da una forte integrazione tra ingegneria, produzione e funzioni di supporto, con un orientamento allo sviluppo di prodotti custom e all’innovazione tecnologica. La sede di lavoro è in provincia di Monza e Brianza. Descrizione Ruolo Per l’area Engineering & R&D, ricerchiamo un R&D Senior Engineer che si occuperà dello sviluppo e della progettazione di prodotti elettromeccanici, sia su commessa cliente sia per nuovi sviluppi di prodotto. La figura riporterà al Responsabile Tecnico. Responsabilità Progettare e sviluppare prodotti elettromeccanici secondo specifiche tecniche e normative. Gestire lo sviluppo tecnico di commesse anche complesse. Elaborare modelli CAD 3D/2D, distinte base e documentazione tecnica. Eseguire calcoli strutturali, analisi FEM e verifiche di resistenza a fatica. Applicare metodologie di sviluppo prodotto (master plan, analisi rischi, FMEA). Collaborare con sales support e product management per la definizione tecnica delle soluzioni. Supportare i reparti operation durante le fasi di industrializzazione e produzione. Coordinare attività con studi esterni di progettazione quando necessario. Partecipare a progetti di innovazione e sviluppo condivisi a livello di gruppo. Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Elettromeccanica (preferibile). Esperienza nella progettazione di prodotti elettromeccanici custom. Conoscenza della Direttiva Macchine. Familiarità con normative elettriche BT/MT (gradita). Gradita esperienza in aziende manifatturiere. Inglese tecnico.
