In Pietro Fiorentini S.p.A. we are looking for a Lean Specialist Project Coordinator to join the Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO), a team that guides continuous improvement in the field, supported by dedicated tutors and the best international Lean consultants.
Main activities:
- Provide Lean training to the entire organization
- Support management in defining annual improvement projects and the implementation plan (Hoshin Kanri)
- Analyze and map company processes to identify waste and propose improvement activities according to defined priorities
- Lead improvement projects ensuring adequate methodological support
- Prepare, manage, and conduct Kaizen Weeks
- Monitor and implement the 5S process
- Verify the progress of improvement projects, highlighting results/criticalities to maintain a high level of focus on objectives
Requirements:
- Three-year or master's degree in engineering/economics
- 2/3 years of experience in similar roles and knowledge of the Lean/Kaizen approach
- Energy, proactiveness, and results orientation
- Negotiation, mediation, and listening skills (able to influence team work through comments and suggestions)
- Good knowledge of English
- Willingness to travel nationally
Our offer:
- Permanent contract, CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria, entry level B1 or B2, Gross Annual Salary from 40,000 to 45,000 euros (to be evaluated based on experience);
