Overview

You will lead Lime's global Repair Operations transformation, building scalable systems, standards, and governance to improve repair quality, efficiency, and compliance. You'll manage a diverse, globally distributed team and partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Finance to drive adoption of repeatable practices. This role combines continuous improvement, training, and data-driven decision making to deliver measurable results at scale. The opportunity centers on shaping a world-class repair operation that supports Lime's mission of shared, affordable, carbon-free transport and a reliable rider experience.

Responsabilità

  • Own and evolve the global Repair Operations program, governance, and change-management approach across markets.
  • Lead and develop the global Repair Operations team with consistent performance management and priorities.
  • Design and scale a common Repair Operations management system with standards, cadences, and continuous-improvement routines.
  • Drive operational change across globally distributed repair warehouses and frontline teams.
  • Secure cross-market alignment and resources to implement change.
  • Own training and certification strategy for global Repair Operations, including role-based curricula and readiness criteria.
  • Own the measurement framework and reporting, ensuring trusted, actionable metrics with frontline visibility.
  • Own tooling and equipment strategy, partnering with Product and Engineering to test solutions and scale tools for safe, high-quality repairs.

Requisiti fondamentali

  • 7+ years in repair, warehouse, fleet, manufacturing, logistics, or operations/program management in multinational settings.
  • Experience with Lean/Kaizen and quality-management systems (ISO or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and operational-planning skills with data, dashboards, and business cases.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or Data teams.
  • Experience designing training/certification programs for distributed frontline teams and managing tooling standards.
  • Experience collaborating with Supply Chain on spare-parts management and inventory replenishment.
