???? Il/La candidato/a sarà responsabile di guidare lo sviluppo dell'offerta e del posizionamento commerciale dell'azienda, presidiare i processi di go-to-market e contribuire all'evoluzione dei modelli operativi e tecnologici per la gestione della base clienti.
Guidare lo sviluppo di prodotto e la definizione dell'offerta commerciale (pricing, bundle, promozioni, proposition di valore) per le linee luce/gas, mobile e fibra.
Supervisionare il go-to-market sui diversi canali di vendita (digital, teleselling, retail, partnership).
Sviluppare strategie di Customer Base Management (prevenzione, retention, upselling e cross-selling) e programmi di loyalty.
Esperienza di 10 anni in ruoli di Product Management e Go-to-Market in aziende telco ed energy.
Capacità di coniugare visione strategica e execution operativa, con approccio data-driven.
Esperienza nella gestione di progetti cross-funzionali e nella collaborazione con team tech, marketing e operations.
Laurea in discipline economiche, ingegneristiche o affini; MBA o master in digital business costituiranno un plus.
Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese.
