With a workforce of over 3,000 employees, we are looking for highly motivated individuals to grow their careers within our team.Cosa FaraiAccogliere i clienti con un sorriso, assistere nella scelta dei prodotti e fornire informazioni dettagliate sulla qualità e provenienza della frutta e della verdura.Gestire l'allestimento e il rifornimento del banco ortofrutta, mantenendolo ordinato e invitante.Controllare quotidianamente le scorte di magazzino e gli ordini in arrivo, monitorando le date di scadenza e assicurando una corretta rotazione dei prodotti.Mantenere elevati standard di pulizia nel reparto, seguendo le procedure HACCP per la sicurezza alimentare e smaltendo correttamente i prodotti danneggiati o scaduti.Prepara i prodotti, lavando, tagliando e confezionando frutta e verdura secondo le esigenze dei clienti, utilizzando attrezzature come bilance, affettatrici e coltelli in modo sicuro ed efficiente.Cosa CerchiamoCapacità di lavorare in team e di relazionarsi con i clienti in modo professionale e cortese.Attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di mantenere elevati standard di pulizia e igiene.Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi weekend e festivi.Buone doti comunicative e orientamento al cliente.Certificazione HACCP (preferibile).Cosa OffriamoPossibilità di crescita professionale in un ambiente collaborativo.Sconto dipendenti su tutti i prodotti del negozio.Formazione continua sulle nuove tecniche e tendenze del settore.La selezione è rivolta ai candidati dell'uno e dell'altro sesso ai sensi del D.
