Due to increased global growth, we are seeking a CARGOWISE SPECIALIST (Italy based, supporting ALPI Denmark)
We are looking for a Cargowise Specialist to work from Italy while supporting ALPI Denmark.
This role focuses on technical activities and process improvement within Cargowise, with a structured onboarding path and close collaboration with both Italian and Danish teams. You will help optimize processes, manage incidents, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems.
Participate in process improvement analysis together with key users.
Perform configuration adjustments for ALPI Denmark (no coding required).
Test Cargowise updates and new functionalities.
Must HaveFluent English (C1 preferred).
Prato, Italy (Hybrid)
Contract: Full time
You will work in a structured, supportive, and flexible environment, with opportunities to grow your technical expertise, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with an international team.
