Ruby Labs is looking for a CRO Manager – someone who lives and breathes conversion optimization and delivers measurable results. Unlike companies where CRO specialists simply make recommendations, you'll drive the entire process: from data analysis and hypothesis generation to creating high‐fidelity mockups, collaborating with developers on implementation, and ultimately owning the performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Lead end‐to‐end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → rollout.
Conduct in‐depth funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify high‐impact opportunities.
Design high‐quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate your vision and maintain brand integrity.
Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment.
Maintain uncompromising attention to detail and quality throughout the process.
Strong UI/UX understanding, able to create compelling, detailed mockups.
Skilled in platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook (or similar).
Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English skills (written and spoken).
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
