Alias-executive search collabora con un'importante società italiana nel settore ortofrutticolo con un fatturato consolidato vicino ai 100 milioni di euro .
Per potenziare il loro team commerciale, siamo alla ricerca di un Senior Sourcing Manager esperto nei mercati internazionali.
Il candidato ideale è un professionista con una profonda conoscenza della frutta fresca d'importazione , capace di coniugare la visione strategica dell'acquisto con l'operatività commerciale. La figura avrà la responsabilità di gestire l'intero ciclo di approvvigionamento per categorie chiave, garantendo competitività, qualità e marginalità.
Gestione Categorie: Responsabilità completa sulle categorie di frutta fresca importata, con focus specialistico su Agrumi, Pere e Frutta a Nocciolo .
Sourcing Internazionale: Gestione autonoma dei processi di acquisto e approvvigionamento dai principali mercati esteri.
Supporto Commerciale & Vendite: Pianificazione delle vendite sul territorio italiano e affiancamento ai Key Account Manager nelle trattative strategiche.
Coordinamento Interno: Assegnazione dei lotti ai venditori interni in sinergia con la direzione commerciale.
Analisi di Mercato: Monitoraggio costante dei trend globali, della stagionalità e previsione accurata dei fabbisogni.
Requisiti Tecnici:
Almeno 5-7 anni nel ruolo di Sourcing Manager o Category Manager nel settore ortofrutticolo.
Lingue: Padronanza fluente della lingua Inglese e Spagnola (indispensabili per la gestione dei mercati esteri).
