We are seeking a Medical Director to lead medical strategy and execution in Italy. This is a strategic, hands-on role guiding a young, growing team and representing Novocure across the oncology landscape. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive therapy awareness, support clinical education, and strengthen our scientific presence in the country. Key responsibilities: Develop and lead Italy's medical strategy aligned with global teams Strengthen KOL relationships, scientific society engagement, and education programs Support clinical activities including post-marketing trials and investigator-initiated studies Mentor and lead the Italian Medical team (2 MSLs) Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Regulatory, and Commercial teams Your profile: Scientific background required; MD strongly preferred (especially with oncology/radiation oncology specialization) 3 years' experience in oncology (clinical, pharma, or medical devices) Strong knowledge of Italian oncology networks and dynamics Proven ability to lead or support teams (line management experience a plus) Fluent in Italian and English Strong communication, strategic mindset, and willingness to travel If you're motivated to shape the future of oncology and lead medical innovation in Italy, we'd love to hear from you.
