Videndum designs, manufactures and distributes premium branded and technically advanced products and solutions for broadcasters, film and video production companies, independent content creators, vloggers/influencers, enterprises, governments and professional musicians.Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified Planner to join our team in the material supply planning area. The selected candidate will be part of a highly structured and evolving environment, managing procurement processes and collaborating with both local and international suppliers.Key Responsibilities Plan and ensure material deliveries in line with production schedule requirementsManage supplier relationships (communication, performance monitoring, problem solving, etc.)Handle routine exceptions (missing deliveries, inventory adjustments, etc.)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products/projects aligned with company objectivesDevelop functional KPIs Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields1–2 years of prior experience in Planning and/or ProcurementExcellent command of the English language (written and spoken)Good knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systemsUnderstanding of fundamental planning concepts (MRP and Lean principles, procurement methods, etc.)Strong data analysis skills and ability to extract insightsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage stress and unexpected issues Ability to effectively interact with suppliers and the internal teamAttention to process development and supplier developmentProactive approach, continuous improvement mindset, and problem‐solving attitudeWillingness to take on new challengesResult‐oriented mindsetFlexibility and availability for short‐term business trips External: Italian and international suppliersInternal: Production, R&D, Industrialization, Planning, Quality Health and SafetyAll employees are expected to take care for their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions in accordance with the Company health and safety policy by using correct tools, processes and personal protective equipment and not perform any function unless appropriately trained and authorised.Our Code of Conduct sets out an express prohibition on discrimination of any kind.#
