Joybuy is seeking an experienced Category Manager to lead retail merchandising in Lazio. You will source brands, negotiate with vendors, and drive end-to-end GTM launches to grow sales and margins.
You will build and optimize category storefronts, collaborate cross-functionally, plan promotions with marketing, and monitor key metrics with BI tools.
A Bachelor's degree with about 5 years in retail merchandising or commercial marketing and fluent English are required.
