pbGreenvolt Power /b is our segment dedicated to the Development Construction of utility-scale solar and wind projects. We value local expertise and empower our partners, counting already with business presence in over 14 countries (Europe North America). /p pbTheSeniorProject Manager /b will often manage multiple projects at different development stage, from licensing process to handover to final client. Manage a healthy relationship with project stakeholders like clients, subcontractors, etc.. /p pReviews regular progress reports and makes staffing, financial, or other adjustments to align the developing project with broader outcome goals. /p h3KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES /h3 ul liMonitor, administer and control assigned Greenfield and Co-development activities. /li liVerify andvalidateland leases. /li liManage the activities necessary to incorporate the Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). /li liVerify andvalidatedesign choices. /li liMonitor, administer and control Service and/or Co-development contracts. /li liPreparationofmonthlyreporting. /li liAdministration and control of Budgets. /li liSupportingMAactivities. /li liOngoing coordination with Procurement and Construction functions. /li liVerify andvalidateadditions to filed Projects when requested by authorizing bodies. /li liAttend Conferences of Services organized by the authorizing bodies. /li liComplete the handover to the business functions prepared for the construction, i.e., sale, of the authorized plant. /li liEnsure all that is necessary for the safe and quality development of the entrusted line of Business. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversityDegree inEngineering /li li7+ years of experience in similar roles /li liKnowledgeoftheenergymarket /li liConstructionProject Management /li liPositiveLeadership /li liAdaptabilityandProactivity /li liFluencyin Englishis mandatory /li /ul pWe want an energy transition for everyone from everyone /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
