CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER
Responsabilità: Effettuare un'analisi dettagliata dei flussi operativi aziendali per scoprire inefficienze, punti critici e aree di miglioramento;
Applicare tecniche e strumenti Lean (come 5 S, Value Stream Mapping, SMED) per perfezionare i processi produttivi e operativi;
Verificare costantemente e incrementare gli standard di qualità, produttività e soddisfazione del cliente;
Laurea in Ingegneria (Gestionale, Meccanica, Elettronica o titolo equivalente);
Esperienza in un ruolo analogo, maturata in contesti industriali e produttivi;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Conoscenza delle metodologie Lean e Six Sigma (il possesso della certificazione Green o Black Belt costituisce un plus), degli strumenti statistici e delle tecniche di problem solving;
Competenze nell'analisi dei dati, nella mappatura dei processi e nella gestione delle performance. Contratto a tempo indeterminato
