Siamo alla ricerca di due Technical Project Manager (Junior e Senior) da inserire su progetti in ambito:
Retail, Fashion & Luxury
La modalità di lavoro è ibrida (Milano + flessibilità remote).
Cerchiamo professionisti con una solida base tecnica e capacità di coordinare progetti complessi, interfacciandosi con stakeholder business e team di sviluppo.
Gestione end-to-end del ciclo di vita del progetto (planning, delivery, reporting)
Coordinamento di team tecnici (developer, QA, DevOps, architect)
Raccolta e analisi dei requisiti, traduzione in specifiche funzionali e tecniche
Monitoraggio avanzamento, gestione timeline, rischi e dipendenze
Collaborazione con stakeholder business e IT
Supporto nella definizione della soluzione tecnica insieme ai team engineering
Gestione vendor, fornitori e partner esterni
Contributo all’adozione di metodologie Agile e best practice di project governance
Background tecnico (Informatica, Ingegneria o esperienza equivalente)
Conoscenza di metodologie Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
Capacità di comprendere architetture software, API, microservizi e cloud
Buona conoscenza dell’inglese (B2+)
Requisiti Junior (3+ anni exp)
Esperienza come PM / PMO / Business Analyst in progetti IT
Conoscenza operativa di strumenti come Jira, Confluence, MS Project
Requisiti Senior (5+ anni exp)
Esperienza consolidata nella gestione autonoma di progetti complessi o multi-team
Forte competenza tecnica a supporto del team (API, cloud, integrazioni, architetture)
PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master
PSD2, KYC/AML, GDPR
Esperienza con CRM, ERP, sistemi di pagamento o piattaforme omnichannel
