Job Description: The System Design Lead will work within the Propulsion Systems Virtual Engineering team and collaborate with Product Release Centers (PRCs) and other Stellantis cross-functional teams to support product development through virtual analysis. The candidate will be accountable for the technical development and refinement of the propulsion system of reference, lead risk management and issue resolution with internal counterparts, expertise network and supplier team. The candidate interfaces with engine, controls, transmission hardware, vehicle platform, powertrain synthesis and other cross-functional teams and communicates regularly through oral presentations and written reports to Propulsion Systems management.

Master of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, Applied Physics, or related Engineering field)
Thorough knowledge of the English language including both written and oral communication
Strong analytical and technical background in automotive
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
New graduate
