Annual art installations rotate throughout the property in conjunction with the Venice Biennale. Inside, the hotel seamlessly blends contemporary style with Renaissance influences, boasting six-meter-high ceilings, wide corridors, grand staircases, and intricate details such as terrazzo floors, silk-covered walls, and Murano glass chandeliers, making it one of Europe's premier hotels for art exhibitions.

You will ensure the highest culinary standards, inspire creativity, and maintain the luxury quality that defines the resort's gastronomic identity.
Leading the pastry team and overseeing daily pastry operations across all outlets
Creating refined desserts, pastries, and bakery items aligned with the hotel's luxury standards
Managing production for breakfast, restaurants, banquets, room service, and special events
Training, mentoring, and supervising pastry team members
Overseeing stock control, ordering, and maintaining supplier relationships
Implementing rigorous hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures (HACCP)
Monitoring cost control, waste management, and production efficiency
Ensuring a creative, professional, and motivating work environment
Previous experience as Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Sous Chef in luxury hospitality or fine dining
Deep understanding of kitchen operations, cost control, and food safety
Ability to work efficiently during peak production times
Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
A leading culinary role within one of Europe's most prestigious luxury hotels
