Your Mission The Associate General Manager, Italy will lead a set of categories on the Tilt platform, own the P&L and be the go-to expert for your categories within the business. Your key goal will be to 足球 identify and execute on how to grow the Tilt platform. What You'll Do Abrace internal and external leadership for growing categories on Tilt 构建并own ed business' strategic plan to support ongoing growth. Be creative to identify new ways to enable growth for the business. Apply SQL data analysis to derive insights from projects and drive growth. Dive into numbers to assess category growth, success, and areas for improvement – continuously iterate. Lead marketing initiatives such as influencer partnerships and campaigns to boost brand awareness and attract buyers. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics and Sales teams to scale. Solve problems quickly, ensuring seller satisfaction and retention. Who You Are You must be an ambitious, curious, relentless, and non-ego problem-solver excited to build the future of shopping.
