As part of the HR Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

Contribution to define and implement the People Excellence strategy in order to achieve business objectives in own function organization, facilitating the change. Be a support of the Talent and the Managers in developing and deploying strategic human resources programs and practices to own organization in order to drive greater organizational performance and effectiveness. Be a guide and a support to Area Managers and Store Managers in people management and labor law standard respect. Take care of any issue solving and labor law standard respect.

Key Activities/Responsibilities

  • Identifies talent needs, risks, and gaps; creates and oversees execution of a plan to address using talent management tools and resources. Facilitates, executes and/or participates in Talent Reviews/Succession Planning roundtables for business partners, leading the entire process across the business unit/function as required.
  • Translates business unit strategy and creates short and mid-term business unit specific HR initiatives in support of the business strategy for assigned clients.
  • Supports the Area Managers in defining a people strategy within the area coherent with the vision of the company.
  • Defines recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and sets the proper strategy.
  • Monitors "climate" on the network (identify any potential environment issue, guaranteeing maintenance of consistency and fairness within different areas).
  • Leads the communication flows between Area Managers, Stores, and the HR Department.
  • Supervises the respect of the existing policies and coordinates with Area Manager any disciplinary actions required.
  • Support the implementation of business unit specific development strategies. Drives or coordinates the delivery of existing programs or development of new solutions to close gaps and build bench strength.
  • Embodies the Sephora values and act as Sephora Ambassador.
  • Promotes, implements, communicates activities, policies regulations and standards related to occupational, health and safety issues.
  • Acts as change agent.
  • Identifies training and development needs in according with the Area Manager.
  • Delivers and deploys the Training strategy of the company, leading and coordinating all the Learning and development initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

  • Person with three or four years of experiences in HR or similar role.
  • Experienced in leading and managing different people in different areas.
  • Experienced in Assessment center and other recruiting tools.
  • English (mandatory).
