Job Description Within the Group Audit Operations, Methodology and Excellence (OMEx) function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. The Group Audit Operations, Methodology and Excellence (OMEx) is a global steering Function, aiming at enhancing the Group Audit professional practice in line with regulations, international standards and market best practice. Within the OMEx Function, the Audit Operations and Excellence unit is responsible for leading global audit operations and coordinating projects and initiatives for the development of the global function. Key responsibilities of the role will include: Identify opportunities for developing, improving, and automatizing audit operations, methodology and processesMonitor, coordinate and execute multiple audit project plansCollaborate with the Audit Community understanding auditor's needs and translating them into functional requirements, fostering innovationSupport the development of use cases/proof of concept to assess the adequacy of identified solutions and collaborate with the competent Group Functions to concretize implementationOversight on developments, performing User Acceptance TestsSupport the formalization of documentation for new processes/solutions (e.g., procedure, user guide, training, cascading, etc.)Support the design of reporting dashboards for transversal and global audit data analysisPrepare executive presentations for the Group Audit Community, the Group Audit Leadership Team and projects' Steering Committees Requirements Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, FinanceMax 3 years experience in consulting firms or similar positionsIn depth knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent command of spoken and written EnglishExcellent analytical thinking, presentation and communication skills Nice to have Knowledge of Internal Audit methodology and core-processes in InsuranceProfessional certification (ACCA, CIA, CISA, CFE, MEF) Soft skills Ability to self-motivate, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a complex environmentProblem-solving skills and resilience, service culture and "can do" attitudeAbility to comprehend user requirements and translate them into new processesCommunication and presentation skills to a diverse audienceIntegrity, accountability and proper management of confidential information Company Profile Generali Group Head Office is the guidelining unit of the Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers.
