Automotive Project Manager: Interior

This will make you grow: - Lead and coordinate cross‐functional teams for the design, development, and validation activities in one of the following areas: Interior / Exterior / Body & Closures. - Define project scope, timing, and deliverables in alignment with program objectives. - Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and timing targets. - Act as the main interface between Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers. - Manage implementation of risk assessment and mitigation plans for technical and timing issues. - Lead technical reviews and decision‐making processes throughout development phases. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal specifications. And this is how you'll take us forward: - Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. - Experience in automotive product development, with a focus on Interiors /Exteriors or Body & Closures. - Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly technologies. - Familiarity with CAD tools (CATIA) and PLM systems. - Experience in project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Strong organizational and problem‐solving abilities. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. - Fluent in English. - Experience in luxury brands and/or supercars development is very welcome. - Availability for short business travels abroad.
