Overview
As part of the TikTok commerce team, you lead the Italian category through strategic vision, growth, and profitable operations. You will own P&L, build and mentor a high-performing team, and expand the seller ecosystem for TikTok Shop. You'll collaborate with product, operations, and marketing to unlock livestream and short video commerce potential while navigating a dynamic market. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-scaling, global business.
Responsabilità
- Define long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the category across markets.
- Own full P&L for the category, driving topline growth and profitability.
- Leverage industry knowledge and network to fuel category growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, including hiring and development.
- Identify, onboard, and shape the seller ecosystem for TikTok Shop.
- Drive end-to-end seller development and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with operations, product, and marketing to accelerate marketplace adoption.
- Navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders to enable strategic decisions.
- Break down complex problems and implement scalable solutions for long-term success.
