Your Roadmap for the Recruitment Day. We've designed our Open Day to give you a clear, engaging look into the role and our world-class company.

Welcome & Introduction: Our recruitment team will welcome you and share an inside look at the cabin crew role, the unique experience of working for Emirates, and the vibrant lifestyle that awaits in Dubai.

Assessment Activities: You'll participate in collaborative group exercises and complete an online test at the venue. This is your chance to showcase your teamwork and problem‑solving skills.

Final Interview: This is our opportunity to connect with you personally. We want to hear your story, understand your motivation, and learn why you are drawn to joining our prestigious team.

Come Prepared: Your Checklist for the Day. To ensure a smooth process, please bring a valid ID for entry. We also request that you have digital copies of the following documents ready on your phone to share if needed: An up-to-date CV written in English. A copy of your highest education certificate. A PDF copy of your passport.

First Impressions Count: Our Dress Code. We are looking for future ambassadors of our brand. Please present yourself with the same professionalism and polish we expect in the air.

For Women: Business attire with heels. Hair should be neatly tied back, and we recommend full makeup.

For Men: A suit or smart business attire with formal shoes. Hair should be neatly presented, and faces clean‑shaven.

Do You Have What We're Looking For? We seek individuals who are as passionate about service as they are about exploration. To be considered for Emirates cabin crew, you should be:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is a valued advantage).
  • A natural, charismatic team player with a personality that radiates warmth and confidence.
  • At least 21 years of age and a minimum of 160cm tall, with the ability to reach 212cm.
  • Able to meet all UAE employment visa requirements.
  • In possession of a minimum of a high school diploma (Grade 12).
  • Equipped with at least one year of hands‑on experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • Free of any visible tattoos while in the Emirates cabin crew uniform.
