Overview In this role you will design, build, and operate identity and account services that authentication and authorization rely on across Sysdig. You will contribute to a scalable, highly available platform used by multiple engineering teams and own onboarding experiences for connecting cloud provider accounts. You will collaborate with product, frontend, design, and QE to extend cross-product capabilities and automation. You will participate in on-call rotations to address urgent issues, shaping secure access at scale. Retribuzione / Benefits Extra days off Mental health support via Modern Health app Great compensation package Responsabilità Design, build and operate identity and account services (authentication, authorization, user/team directory) Develop scalable, distributed platform services used by multiple engineering teams Maintain cross-product capabilities including automations, analytics system, and ticketing integration Own onboarding experience for connecting cloud provider accounts (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) Collaborate with Product, Frontend, Design, and QE Participate in on-call rotation for urgent issues Requisiti fondamentali ~5+ years of professional software engineering experience ~ Strong proficiency in Go or Java ~ Hands-on experience with Postgres or other relational databases and a messaging system (e.g., NATS) ~ Experience with AI coding agents (Claude or others) and a proactive learning approach to apply them ~ Experience with SaaS applications and delivering large end-to-end projects (implied) ~ Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a distributed, remote-first team ~ Adaptability and collaboration in a remote work environment ~ Go or Java ~ Postgres (or relational DB) ~ NATS (messaging) ~ AI coding agents (Claude)
