We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager Neurovascular , based in the regions of Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy, or Piedmont , to lead marketing efforts across Italy and Switzerland , translating EMEA-wide strategies into meaningful local impact. Develop and execute local marketing strategies and campaigns for product launches in close collaboration with the EMEA Neurovascular Marketing team and the Neurovascular Sales Leader
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies and identify local opportunities
Plan and lead congresses (~20 per year) and Medical Education events (at least 6 annually)
Adapt messaging and marketing materials to meet local market needs and support sales teams with tools and trainingMonitor product launch performance, provide insights, and report progress to management
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Ideally 3+ years of experience in product marketing and/or sales within the medical devices industry, with a strong focus on neurovascular therapies
Alternatively, candidates with a neurovascular field background (e.g. in sales or clinical specialist roles) who bring in-depth market knowledge, established customer networks, and strong motivation to grow into a marketing role are also welcome
Established network and solid knowledge of NV customers and KOLs; Commercial and strategic mindset with strong business acumen
Strong interest and passion for marketing, with a hunger to achieve and grow
Fluent English (written and spoken); Willingness to travel extensively (3-4 days/week) within the assigned region
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
